Lothlorien Planting Stage 1

This planting is located approximately 30 kms southwest of Wagga Wagga in the South West slopes of NSW within the Murrumbidgee River Catchment. It covers an area of 4.2 hectares with 3,636 trees planted. 

The species and provenances planted are native to the region and include a mixture of Casuarina Cunninghamiana (River Sheoak, Corymbia Maculata (Spotted Gum), Eucalyptus Cladocalyx (Sugar Gum) and Eucalyptus Sideroxylon (Mugga Ironbark). 

The planting was undertaken in August 2006.
